The Booking QR code opens your location's public booking page. Use it on menus, receipts, window stickers or table tents so guests can book their next visit.

Download it

  1. Check the location selected at the top of the dashboard is the one you want.
  2. Open Setup and go to the Booking widget card.
  3. Choose Booking QR code. A preview opens showing Book a table, your restaurant and location name, the QR code and the exact web address it opens.
  4. Choose an option:
    • Download PNG – a high-resolution image for documents and social posts.
    • Download SVG – a scalable file that stays sharp at any size; best for professional printing.
    • Copy link or Open booking page to check the address.

The downloaded image includes the heading "Book a table", your restaurant and location name and "Scan to book your table", so it's easy to tell apart from other codes once printed.

Before printing

  • Scan the code with your own phone and check it opens the right location.
  • Print it at least about 3 cm wide, with the white border around the code kept intact.
  • Renaming your restaurant or location doesn't change the address, so printed codes keep working.

There's no extra charge for QR codes. Scanning only opens the booking page; all your normal booking rules still apply.
