Share your booking link and embed the widget

Copy your booking page link for social media and Google, or paste the embed code into your restaurant website.

Open Booking widget (in your ResRes dashboard; sign-in required)

Open Setup and scroll to the Booking widget card. It's for the location currently selected.

Share the booking link

  1. Under Booking page link, choose Copy booking link.
  2. Paste it wherever guests find you: your Instagram bio, Google Business Profile, emails or menus.

Choose Open booking page to check what guests see.

Embed on your website

  1. In the same card, copy the Embed code.
  2. Paste it into your website where the booking form should appear. Most website builders have an "Embed" or "HTML" block for this.
  3. Publish your website and make a test booking for a future date.

The embedded form is the same booking page, so it always follows your current hours, tables and rules.

Troubleshooting

  • The form doesn't appear on my website: make sure you pasted the whole embed code into an HTML or Embed block, not a normal text block, and republished the site.
  • It shows the wrong location: switch to the right location in the dashboard and copy its code again. Each location has its own code.
  • No times appear: that's usually a booking rule, not the embed. See No times available.
