Publish your booking page

Make your location live so guests can book online, and pause new online bookings when you need to.

Needs a manager or owner role.Last verified

Each location has its own public booking page. Guests can only book once the location is published.

Publish

  1. Open Setup. Below the checklist you'll see whether the location is Not live yet or Live for guests.
  2. Complete every Booking essentials item. Anything still blocking publication is listed there.
  3. Choose Publish booking page.

Only owners and managers can publish. Staff see the status but not the button.

Pause new bookings

Choose Pause new bookings to stop new online bookings, for example while you renovate. Existing reservations stay in place and remain visible in the dashboard.

Test it

After publishing, open the booking page from Setup → Booking widget → Open booking page. Check that times appear for your next open service. If none appear, see No times available.

Troubleshooting

  • No Publish booking page button: your role is staff. Ask an owner or manager.
  • Button greyed out: one or more Booking essentials items are still incomplete. Open each one from the checklist and finish it.
  • Guests say the page isn't taking bookings: check the status says Live for guests and that new bookings aren't paused.
  • Wrong location published: check the location selector at the top of the dashboard. Each location is published separately.
