Automatic emails go out on their own at the right moment for each guest. They only ever go to guests who may receive marketing.

Set one up

  1. Open Marketing. The Autopilot tab lists each automatic email.
  2. Choose set up on the email you want. It saves paused, with a ready-written message.
  3. Open it to edit When it sends, the Subject line, Preview text and content. Use ready-written message restores the original.
  4. Send a test copy to yourself.
  5. Turn it on.

Each email stays paused until you turn it on. Pausing keeps its settings.

Good to know

  • Guests who are already booked again don't get "bring back" emails.
  • Every email has the unsubscribe footer.
  • Automatic emails use your email allowance and follow the frequency limits.

Troubleshooting

  • "Set this automation up first": choose set up before turning it on.
  • Nothing sent yet: check When it sends, that it's on, and that guests in that situation have permission. See Recent firings on the card.
