Autopilot

Autopilot is the first tab in Marketing. It brings your automatic emails and seasonal occasions together, so marketing keeps running without weekly effort.

Turn on the recommended set

1. Open Marketing (Autopilot tab).
2. Choose Turn on recommended. ResRes sets up the recommended automatic emails with ready-written messages, all at once.
3. Check each message in the Email preview and edit anything that doesn't sound like you.

If something can't be set up, nothing is changed and you can try again.

Seasonal occasions

1. On the seasonal card, choose Choose occasions and pick the ones that suit your venue.
2. For each occasion, keep the Ready-written message or write Your own message. Your message is used every year until you change it.
3. Turn on Seasonal occasions.

Each occasion sends once a year to everyone on your list who has agreed to hear from you. Next occasions shows what's coming.

See what was sent

Each card shows recent firings. Results shows bookings and covers linked to Autopilot emails.

When sending is paused

Sending is paused means marketing email isn't going out from this venue right now. Your automations keep their settings. Nothing is switched off, and emails go out once sending resumes.

Troubleshooting

• "You've used this period's email allowance": emails wait until the next period, or change your Marketing plan in Settings.
• "Emails are waiting": they're queued and will send within your limits.
