What you pay for
A subscription, not a share of your covers.
- The price shown is per active location, billed monthly or annually.
- Reservations are unlimited — a fully booked Saturday costs the same as a quiet Tuesday.
- Guest deposits are charged on your own Stripe account, and ResRes takes no share of them.
- Your booking page, your guest records and your policies stay with the restaurant.
How the trial works
Thirty days of Professional.
- Every new account gets Professional for 30 days — one trial per account, not one per plan.
- No card is required to sign up or configure your restaurant.
- The trial clock starts when you first publish your booking page.
- If the trial ends without a paid subscription, a 7-day grace period follows and your public booking page keeps taking new bookings. Only after that does the location stop accepting new public bookings.

- Do you charge per booking or per cover?
- No. Reservations taken through your ResRes booking page and by your team are unlimited on every paid plan. You pay the plan price, not a commission per diner.
- Do I need a card to start the trial?
- No card is required to create an account and set your restaurant up. The trial is the Professional experience — it is not a separate entitlement on each plan.
- When does the trial start?
- Your 30-day Professional trial begins when you first publish your booking page, not when you sign up — so configuration time is not counted against it.
- Is billing per location?
- Yes. ResRes pricing is per location. Essential supports one active location; Professional and Premium support multiple locations, with each subscribed location billed at the plan price.
- What is the annual discount?
- Paying annually costs the equivalent of ten monthly payments — two months free — per location, on the plans shown above.
- What about card processing on guest deposits?
- Deposits are charged on your own Stripe account, and ResRes takes no share of them. Stripe’s own processing fees are between you and Stripe.
