Marketing settings
Your marketing allowance and plan, whether sending is on, brand details, average spend, and the rules ResRes enforces.
Marketing → Settings shows what you can send and what needs to be in place before emails go out.
Marketing plan and allowance
Marketing plan for this venue shows your Allowance, Billing period and whether you have a Paid add-on:
- Marketing Lite, included with your subscription — no paid add-on.
- Free trial allowance — no paid Marketing add-on yet.
- A paid add-on, Monthly or Yearly (2 months free).
Only the account owner can change the Marketing plan, with Change plan or Manage subscription. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period. You keep the allowance until then. Marketing tiers shows what each tier allows.
Sends are reserved from your allowance before sending starts, for example when a campaign is locked, and settled afterwards, so nothing is counted twice.
Sending on or paused
Sending is on / paused shows whether marketing email can go out from this venue right now. Only the account owner sees this. If it's paused, emails wait. Nothing is lost.
Brand details
Set the Name shown in emails, Main colour, Accent colour (six-digit colour code, for example #7a1f2b) and website and social links. Choose Save brand details.
Average spend per cover
Optional. It's used only to estimate the value of bookings from a campaign. Change it when your prices change. Past estimates keep the figure that applied at the time. Only owners and managers can change it.
The rules we enforce
These hold whatever a screen says: only contacts with a recorded lawful basis, a one-click unsubscribe in every email, frequency limits at send time, and allowance reserved before a send.
Troubleshooting
- "This venue's Marketing plan is not available to you": only the owner can see billing.
- "Not live yet": a feature shown there isn't available yet.
